I have to admit I disagree with some of it though specifically the phrase, “The most tedious work needs to be kept for oneself along with project management. This is the best way to finish tasks fast and as desired, because it is highly likely that the work you offload and are not interested in doing, your team member does not like to do it as well.” since I have completely the different viewpoint.

I tend to find that even though I might find a task boring other’s don’t. Some people actually like chasing through timesheets to see why there is a discrepancy in the project budget. Others like writing project plans. Personally I like managing project teams and troubleshooting issues.

So in my view, remember everyone is thankfully different. Just because you might find a task boring does not mean that someone else in your project team doesn’t love doing that work!

I mean Nehru himself from the best of schools or gandhi or the greatest scholars of the world when once sat and lauched INC, all these jumped into independence movement.
Many died or reasons not known, many jailed.

I think its the same situation- Chidambaram , tharoor are all freedom fighters fighting the wrong in the right way..
